  • SPORTS: Hicksville Football Bounces Back After Defeat

    After a devastating defeat against Baldwin, the Comets came out strong against Oceanside last Saturday. Sean Curran, coming in after the loss of quarterback Shaun Lyons, passed for 33 yards, connecting with Matt Luyster for 18 yards. Curran tossed one that was caught by Rob Dwyer for 15 yards and a touchdown. Jeremy Kyrkostas had 10 runs for a total of 92 yards, including a 63-yard touchdown run and Chris Martinez had a 3-yard touchdown run. FULL STORY
