Frank Fred Fippinger Jr., former resident of Hicksville, died suddenly in Mesa, AZ on June 24, 1999 in his 45th year. Former employee of the NY Telephone Co. Son of Frank and Evelyn Wagner Fippinger. Widower of Eileen Miller Fippinger. Survivors include three brothers, Gary (Karen), John (Deborah) and William (Virginia); and two sisters Lynn Gross (Hank) and Susan Fippinger.
