She was predeceased by her husband Edward and her son Rick. She is survived by her daughter Joan (Bruce) Shearer; her grandchildren, Beth (Matthew) Phipps, Jim Shearer (Jennifer), Adam Shearer and Christine Shearer; her great-grandchildren Jonathan and Sarah Phipps; and her brother Edward Ivory.
