Area bicyclists meet for friendly weekday bike rides at Fredericks Luncheonette located at the intersection of Bond Street and Grace Avenue. The rides are at 6:15 a.m. or 6:15 p.m. The ride lasts a minimum of 1 hour and 15 minutes and is geared to riders who can average about 13 m.p.h., so when completed you would have traveled about 16 miles. Routes and speed vary according to the group. Parking is free in the lot across the street and on the street until 9 a.m.
Come and meet others who are interested in your sport, you may even pick up a pointer or two.
