Winthrop-University Hospital's 8th Annual Swim-a-thon to benefit the Pediatric Development Fund at the Children's Medical Center at Winthrop will be held on Sunday, April 26, from 7 a.m. to 11:30 a.m. The event is open to swimmers 4 years of age and older. Registration in advance or at the door is $20 for adults; $10 for college, graduate and medical students; and $10 for children (4 to 18).
