The Great Neck Record welcomes news and photos from residents, our government officials (at all levels), local organizations and local businesses. In order to have your news published there are a few simple rules to follow.

First, our deadline is Monday mornings at 10 a.m. We do close for certain holidays and at those times we generally have earlier deadlines. Early deadlines are announced in the Record in advance. Please check Pages 1 or 2 for early deadline notices. Our deadlines are absolute. If a story is not in on time it will not make it into the paper. We simply cannot hold up production and miss our mailing date.

Of course, best way, your news may be sent to the Record via email. All stories/press releases and photographs can be emailed to: wkreitzman@antonnews.com Please be sure that press releases are sent in separate Word attachments and all photos must be sent in separate jpg or tif attachments.

We always welcome readers stopping by our office at 25 Cuttermill Road (in KC Graphics) to drop off news and say "hello." You can also mail press releases (must be typed) and photos to: Great Neck Record, 25 Cuttermill Road, Great Neck, N.Y. 11021. Or you can fax typewritten stories to 482-4491. Photos cannot be faxed!
