We were so delighted to learn that the Great Neck Park District's Harvest Festival, co-sponsored by the Village of Great Neck, is being held on a Sunday this year, instead of a weekday. Now we can all enjoy this special treat.

Come to the Village Green, in the Old Village, this Sunday, Oct. 12, from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m., and have a wonderful afternoon. There's something for everyone, for "children of all ages!" Enjoy the arts and crafts, hayrides, musical entertainment, petting zoo and so much more!

Admission is free for Park District residents with a park card.
