The First Annual Red Cross Walk was held in Eisenhower Park on Saturday, March 29. The walk was to benefit the Red Cross of Nassau County's Local Disaster Relief Fund. Participating in the walk with a group of au pairs, Au Pair Care's Local Area Director, Ann Koster, stated, "The Red Cross Benefit is a natural fit with AuPairCare's cultural exchange. We offer families quality live-in childcare while providing the benefits of cultural exchange." Koster said," Our au pairs come from all around the world and the Red Cross helps people all around the world. Participation in the walk shows the interest these young people have in helping others."
