As we remember Murray Penn, a wonderful community activist and a regular poet for the Great Neck Record, we encourage other such talented residents to submit their poems too.

As ever, we welcome contributions of stories and photos, and we just love to read the poems. Our local poets column has turned out to be a surprisingly popular feature and we do try to include some poetry each week.
