This coming Tuesday, March 27, Great Neck residents have the opportunity to go to the polls and choose the 16th Assembly District's next New York State assemblyman. Vying for Tom DiNapoli's old seat are Democrat Michelle Schimel and Republican Ryan Decicco.

The assembly post is an important post; the state legislature is an important part of our government. Learn what you can about each candidate and make an educated choice. And then vote!

Voting is on Tuesday, March 27 is 6 a.m. to 9 p.m., at your regular polling places for general elections.
