Helen Frances Frank, 94, of Great Neck, died on Jan. 28, 2007 at her home in Great Neck after a brief illness. Born in Liverpool, New York, on Oct. 17, 1912, Helen was a member of the Liverpool High School Class of 1930. She then attended Syracuse University, where she obtained a bachelor of music degree from the College of Fine Arts in 1935 and a BS in library science from the School of Library Science in 1940. She taught English at Liverpool High School and served as librarian for Locust Valley Public School, Herbert Hoover High School, San Diego, CA, and Saddle Rock Public Schools. She retired in 1974.

Helen is survived by two nieces, seven nephews and five grand-nieces and nephews. Arrangements were made by Fairchild Sons Funeral Home, Manhasset. Memorial Mass of the Resurrection will be held at St. Aloysius RC Church in Great Neck at a later date for family members and close friends. In lieu of flowers, the family asks that contributions be made to charity.

Evelyn Sacks (nee Kahn), 84, of Great Neck, died on Feb. 2, 2007. She was a nurse. Daughter of the late Philip and Rose (nee Gold) Kahn. Wife of Dr. Saul Sacks, orthodontist. Mother of Julie, William (Katy), Philip and Harry (Sandra). Grandmother of Emma, Malcolm, Jared and Kyle. Sister of the late Julius. Arrangements were under the direction of Riverside-Nassau North Chapels, Great Neck. Services were held on Feb. 4 with Rabbi Judy Cohen Rosenberg officiating. Interment Beth Moses Cemetery.
