The varsity girls basketball team is currently 3-4 following a 53-41 loss at Carle Place. senior Rachel Harooni led all Blazers with 19 points with Senior Samantha Blye chipping in eight. The Blazers were participants in the West Hempstead Tournament and split the two games with a victory against Glen Cove. All-Tournament honors went to seniors Julianna Taney and Samantha Blye and junior Liz Shapiro. Their first game after the break is Friday, Jan. 5 on their home court against Mineola. FULL STORY
