If you live in Great Neck Estates, Great Neck Plaza, Kensington, Russell Gardens, Saddle Rock or Thomaston, your village is holding elections this coming Tuesday, March 21, at your village hall. (Check the Page One story in this issue, or call your village, for exact times.) And it's your right, your duty, to vote.

Time and again we have used this space to urge all residents to vote in all elections, and we put special emphasis on local elections. It is our neighbors and friends who run for local election, as a public service, to maintain the wonderful quality of life that we all enjoy in Great Neck.

So even though none of these elections this month are contested, please show your support and come out and vote! Say "thank you" to your fellow residents who give so much of their time for all of us!
