Nassau Supreme Court Rules Against Old Village
On Jan. 9, Judge Stephen Bucaria presiding in the Nassau County Supreme Court ruled in favor of the suit brought by Walbaum, Inc. against the Village of Great Neck. Walbaum, Inc., under the parent company A & P, owns 2.4 acres of land adjacent to Manhasset Bay in the rezoned area and almost four months later filed a lawsuit against the village for the change in zoning on the east side of East Shore.
