21st Annual Great Neck Plaza Street Festival
Over 150 classic, antique, collectible, domestic and foreign cars are anticipated to be on display at the Village of Great Neck Plaza's Annual Street Festival and Antique AutoFest on Sunday, Sept. 25, from noon to 5 p.m. with a rain date of Oct. 9. The presenting sponsor again this year is United Capital Corporation.

Concert for Katrina Relief at Levels
The images of Hurricane Katrina's destructive rampage have touched and horrified us all. Great Neck musician Joe Sidney decided to turn his grief into action. "Everyone should step up to the plate," said Sidney, who does just that on Saturday, Sept. 17 at 6 p.m., when his Concert for Katrina Relief plays Levels in the Great Neck Library.

Memorial Golf Tournament Raises Funds for September 11 Children
The fourth annual Richard D. Lynch II Memorial Golf Tournament raised more than one million dollars for the children of victims of September 11. The fundraising event was held this summer at the Great Rock Golf Club in Wading River.
