As the Great Neck Public Schools board of education addresses a policy on private tutoring by Great Neck faculty, Trustee and Policy Committee Chair Barbara Berkowitz stated that there would not be a vote at the third reading on Dec. 8. Metro area women and men are getting ready for the LI 2Day Walk to Fight Breast Cancer. This first-ever on Long Island is a 35-mile fund-raising walk that be held on Saturday and Sunday, June 5 and 6, 2004.
