Robert Heenan Kahn, 76, a resident of Great Neck for 60 years, died on Aug. 17, 2002. A decorated WWII veteran, he was retired from Gentry Manufacturing Co. Brother of R.H. Kahn. Faye M. Lauria, 81, of Hunters Trail, CT, died on Aug. 26, 2002, at the Connecticut Hospice, Branford. She was the wife of the late Anthony. Mrs. Lauria was born Nov. 7, 1920 in Brooklyn, daughter of the late Rocco and Marie Consalvi Pascucci. She resided in Bethany since 2001, having lived in Great Neck prior to that for 49 years. Faye was a communicant of Our Lady of the Assumption Church, Woodbridge and a former communicant of St. Aloysius Church, Great Neck.
Faye leaves her family including: one son, Frederick Lauria of Great Neck; six daughters, Angela Baumann of Bayshore, Marie Baumann of Great Neck, Ellen Skinner of North Haven, Paula Wilson of Bethany, Grace Skidell of Jericho and Toni Ann Shelofsky of Port Washington; one brother, Joseph Pascucci of Boca Raton, FL; two sisters, Louise Spitaleri of Staten Island and Josephine Chicarelli of Kissemee, FL; 11 grandchildren; and two great-grandchildren.
A Mass of Christian Burial was celebrated at Our Lady of the Assumption Church. Entombment Garden Mausoleum in Holy Rood Cemetery. Memorial gifts may be sent to the Mayor Donald P.
