Anna D. Bauer, a Great Neck resident for 96 years. Beloved wife of the late Frederick (Fritz). Devoted aunt of many nieces and nephews and their families. Inspirational matriarch of the family, both Anna and her late husband opened their home and their hearts to hundreds of family and friends at their residence since the 1930s. Anna's grace, humor and wisdom made her an exemplary aunt, friend and confidante to all of us. Blessed to have her in our lives, she peacefully joined her husband of 64 years on June 13, 2002. Services were held on June 18 at Fairchild's, Manhasset. Burial at All Saints Church.
