Addressing Old Village Residents' Concerns
It was not just ''business as usual,'' with an evening spent addressing village business and technical issues. At the Village of Great Neck's Feb. 20 board of trustees meeting, Mayor Steve Tell and the board spent a large part of the evening addressing residents' concerns, an issue on the agenda and an issue raised by residents in the audience. Both issues involved residential building in the village.

Third Annual ISI Skating Competition Hosted at Parkwood Rink
On Feb. 10, Parkwood Skate School held its third annual competition, endorsed by the Ice Skating Institute. It was a great success and a fun time was had by all. Congratulations to all of our competitors, each of whom skated his/her best.

Kings Point Weekly Wrap-up
The Kings Point men's basketball team posted three wins in the Skyline Conference Championships this past week to earn the Skyline Title and the automatic qualifier to the NCAA Division III Championships. The Mariners will travel to Radnor, PA for their first-round game against Cabrini College. The game will be played on Thursday, March 1 at 7:30 pm. The winner of that game will then advance to play Wilkes on the road on Saturday (3/3).
