Park District and Kings Point Settle Cohan Dispute
The Great Neck Park District and the Village of Kings Point have entered into a cooperative municipal agreement that provides village support for the park district's acquisition of the 1.35 acre parcel of waterfront property at the former George M. Cohan estate in Kings Point. Kings Point first approved a resolution that set forth the agreement and the park board voted approval at its Jan. 17 board of commissioners meeting.

Kings Point Weekly Sports Wrap-up
The Mariners continued on their impressive seven-game win streak this past week after posting three Skyline Conference wins, improving to 9-5 overall this season and a perfect 8-0 in the Skyline. All three games were played on the road as the Blue and Gray downed St. Joseph's (93-63), SUNY Old Westbury (98-75), and SUNY Maritime (80-71).
