Grandmother of Steven Pickman. Funeral services were conducted by Rabbi Jerome K. Davidson of Temple Beth El. Gladys Hartung Mueller, 98, formerly of Great Neck, died on April 27, 2000. Wife of the late George. Mother of Suzanne M. Gaddone. Grandmother of two. Great-grandmother of one. Interment LI National Cemetery. Florence Kuen Whelan, 43, a teller for Fleet Bank for seven years, died April 27, 200 at home. She was the wife of Bill Whelan. Florence was born in 1957 in Canton, China, living in Macau and Hong Kong. She moved to the US in 1988. She worked at the Pioneer Bank and the Bank of NY in Port Washington. She worked at Fleet Bank in Great Neck where she became very fond of her customers. She is survived by her husband; a sister, Kwai Liu; a niece, Lisa Li; and nephew, Frankie Liu, all of Hong Kong. Arrangements were made by the Monhan-Kelly Drabble-Sherman Funeral Home, Providence, RI. A private burial service was held in the North Burial Ground, Bristol, RI.
