Great Neck Plaza may soon see some lower residential rent rates. The Plaza is reportedly the first village in Nassau County to consider implementing the new Nassau County rent guidelines, raising the income level for senior citizen rent reductions, along with reductions for all ETPA (Emergency Tenant Protection Act) tenants.
