The Village of Great Neck Plaza adopted a temporary moratorium on the issuance of conditional use permits for the construction or conversion of buildings to be used as specialized senior housing facilities and hotels, within the village's C2 zone. North has 11 seniors and Arezou Dilmanian, Judy Bassaly, Barbie Livian, Melanie Shurka, Randi Portney and Susie Becker as captains.
