Once again a lawsuit brought against the Great Neck Public Schools and the New York State Education Department by the Coalition for the Preservation of Parkwood Woods has been dismissed in court. The Coalition initiated the lawsuit in yet another attempt to block the school district's development of athletic fields on school-owned property near the Park District's Parkwood sports complex on Arrandale Avenue.
