Miriam Oginski-Silver

Miriam Oginski-Silver, 62, of Great Neck, died on Aug. 20, 1997. She was Pogrom survivor, hiding under the home of a Polish-Catholic family who fed Miriam and her sisters, in Nowy Korczyn, Poland, during the German occupation. She worked at North Shore University Hospital. She was predeceased by her husband Joseph Oginski. She is survived by her husband H. Graham Silver; her children Gerald, Joseph, Ronald and Robert; her sisters Rita Nussbaum, Zahava Burack and Sarah Weiner; and two grandchildren.


Timothy O'Regan

Timothy O`Regan, of Great Neck, died on Aug. 22, 1997. Husband of Catherine. Father of Ellen O`Bannon, Maura Goldstein and Francis. Arrangements were made by the Fairchild & Sons Funeral Home, Manhasset. Funeral Mass at St. Aloysius Church. Interment All Saints Cemetery.
