Fibromyalgia Self Help Course
A six session course offered by the Arthritis Foundation. 1 to 3 p.m. at Homecare America, 800 Northern Blvd., Great Neck. Fee is $15 which covers the cost of materials. Scholarships available. Fibromyalgia is a chronic, painful condition of the muscles which leads to sleep disturbance and fatigue. This course will show how to balance out these challenges with tools and resources.
