Intermediate Boys

The Glen Plaza Angels roared to a 13-2 win over the Charles McQuair White Sox. Strong pitching by Sean Hehn and Brian Shannon held a tough hitting White sox team to two runs. Hehn and Shannon combined to allow only five hits and six strikeouts. Chris Capobianco was 2-for-2, a double and three RBIs. Joseph Alicea had two walks and two runs scored while Shannon, Jack Kaffl, Michael Graf, Anthony Morace and Thomas Moccia combined for five RBIs.

Senior Boys

The Cubs blanked the Mariners, 12-0, as James Catanzano pitched four strong scoreless innings, allowing only three hits. Anthony Famiglietti had three hits and four RBIs while the Esquilin brothers did some hitting of their own. Justin had four hits including a double and a triple and four RBIs. Jason added two hits and two rbi.

Intermediate Girls

The Tel-One Brewers are now 5-4 on the season as they knocked off the Grenville Baker Mets, 9-6. Micela Genua had two hits, scored twice and drove in four runs. Both Lindsay Payton and Alexandra Johansen had two hits apiece. Payton scored twice and Johansen contributed two RBIs. Payton and Francesca DiCaterino had four strikeouts apiece. Outstanding plays were also made by catcher Nicole Ninesling and third baseman Marcella Curcio.
