The recent Sea Cliff Village public meeting with mayor Bruce Kennedy and trustees was packed with residents questioning the decision of the Board to reopen the alarming possibility of a cell tower on Altamont Avenue – again.
The village board should, can and must say no to any cell tower on Sea Cliff Village property. Neighbors and residents are shocked and angry that this issue, which was clearly resolved and ended by Mayor Eileen Krieb and the board four years ago, has been reopened. Many of the people most affected by such a dreadful decision did not know that the mayor and board are not protecting and defending residents, taxpayers and voters against cell tower companies.
Why would our representatives act against our families and destroy our home values? Tell our elected officials they must act on our behalf and not side with the cell tower companies.
