Susie G. Owens, of Glen Cove, died on May 8, 2009 at age 93. Mother of Melven Manson. Sister of Ella Dyer. Grandmother of April, Byron and Cedric. Great-grandmother of Byron and Steven Manson. Great-great-grandmother of Anya Manson. Also survived by many nieces and nephews. Good friend to the late Francine Crawley, Bertha Wilson and many others. Reposed at Dodge-Thomas Funeral Home, Glen Cove. Service held at the First Baptist Church of Glen Cove. Interment Nassau Knolls Cemetery.
