Obituary: Howard C. Uihlein

Howard C. Uihlein, of Glenwood Landing, died on May 9, 2012. He was a veteran of WWII. Husband of the late Anne. Father of Kenneth (Maryliz), George, Karen Roy (Joseph) and the late Charles. Grandfather of Kathy Simon (David), Patricia Schiermeyer (Jeremy), Kate, Max and Charlie Uihlein; and great-grandfather of David Simon Jr. Brother of Grace Miller and Dot Elliott. Also survived by Tom Fiederlein who was like a son to him. Funeral Mass at St. Boniface Martyr Church. Interment Long Island National Cemetery. Arrangements were made by the Whitting Funeral Home, Glen Head.
