Obituary: James W. Coyne

James W. Coyne, 84 years of age, of Locust Valley, died on April 9, 2012. He was a WWII Air Force veteran and a long time member of the Locust Valley Fire Department. Husband of the late Betty. Father of Heidi, Ute (Perry), Richard (Kathy), Iris (Larry), Erk and the late Charlotte. Also survived by many grandchildren and great-grandchildren. The family will receive friends Thursday from 3 to 5 and 7 to 9 p.m. at the McLaughlin Kramer Megiel Funeral Home, 220 Glen St., Glen Cove. Funeral Friday at 11 a.m. Interment Calverton National Cemetery.
