Michele Abbondandolo, of Glen Cove, died on Aug. 1, 2009 at age 81. Husband of Palmira. Father of Nicola, Angelina Stanco (Aniello) and Giuseppe. Brother of Pasquale, Anna Izzo, Giuseppe, Rose and Nicola. Grandfather of Luigi, Michele and Lucia. Great-grandfather of Olivia Rose. Arrangements were made by the Funeral Home of Dodge-Thomas, Glen Cove. Mass at the Church of St. Rocco. Entombment at Holy Rood Cemetery.
