Obituary: William Francis King

William Francis King

William Francis King, formerly of Glen Cove, passed away June 29, 2009 in his home in New Port Richey, FL, at 77 years of age. He leaves behind his wife Deborah Kwaak King; his brother Robert King (Patricia); his sister Mary Clark (George); his three children, William M. King (Dawn), Florence Nowlin (James) and Ina Simeone (Thomas); his former wife and friend Ina Nodine; nine grandchildren, William, Robert and Samantha King, Thomas (Serena), Travis and Tyler Baar, Ashley, Nichole and Timothy Simeone; and three great-grandchildren, Kenyon, Riley and Trinity Baar; and many nieces and nephews. He was predeceased by his brother John King.

Birdhouse Bill as he’s known to his many friends was a carpenter by trade. When he retired he could never stop building so the houses just got smaller. He could always be found building birdhouses, fishing, or socializing with friends.

We all love him and will miss him dearly.
