I would like to thank the Glen Cove Chamber of Commerce for the beautiful job at its 2007 gala on Oct. 27 when we were honored to receive the Small Business Achievement Award.

Glen Cove is a great community with great people and this event showcased the hard work and dedication of those people. The event was a huge success.

We were very proud to be honored with the YMCA, Carol Waldman and Beth Dressler from the Regency. We would like to thank Sue Sujeski, Phyllis Gorham, Bonnie Nogin, Stella Shank, Mary Stanco, Gabor Karsai, Lisa Cohn, Nancy Stemkowski and all the committee members for their hard work in making this event the success it was. A special thank you to my mother, Mary Mansi, for all her hard work and for her unconditional love and support.

The gala was a job well done.
