The Glen Cove branch of the NAACP wishes to thank all of the participants in the mayoral and city council forum on Thursday, Oct. 25 at the Glen Cove Boys & Girls Club. We extend our heartfelt thanks to the club for its cooperation over the years, especially to Mr. Sanford, executive director.

The forum was presented for the community's edification with the hope that residents will be better-informed citizens when you go to the polls on Nov. 6. In no way was it intended to convey support for any candidate.

We only hope that you give thought and consideration to your vote and for our city.
