Shalom! Glen Cove Celebrates Chanukah in Village Square
On Sunday, Dec. 3 the Chabad of Brookville and Glen Cove sponsored a Chanukah celebration with music, prayers, refreshments and the creation of a menorah made of ice, sculpted before wide-eyed children (as well as some enthralled adults) in Glen Cove's Village Square.

North Shore High School Viking Sports
On Wednesday Dec.13, the varsity women's bowling teams defeated Oyster Bay High School. Skyler Cullum paced the team with a 165 game on the way to a 425 series. Lauren Silka, Lindsay Kraft and Vanessa Damiano bowled very well while contributing to the win.

Glen Cove High School Big Red Sports
Glen Cove High School Football senior Robert Nedbor-Gross received the Academic-All Conference Award on Dec. 3 at the Crest Hollow Country Club. The National Football Foundation and College Hall of Fame, Inc., Nassau County Chapter recognized Robert as a Scholar Athlete for his outstanding academic, athletic and community achievements.
