I have been getting breakfast on my way to work from the Old Brookville Deli for over seven years now. Over the years it has become my first stop in the morning regardless of where I may be going. Sal the owner, Doug, Mark, Anna and company are always fun and courteous. It's a pleasure to start my day there.
Having become friends with Sal, it was only natural to think of him first for catering when planning my daughter's christening. Of course, Sal stated how wonderful his catering was and promised that I would not be disappointed. Well! Let's just say that it was better than I could have imagined. Sal said he'd blow me away and he did.
When arriving at the hall, Sal and his staff were there and ready. I asked Sal what help he needed from us, and he instructed me to go to the bar, get a drink and have fun. And that is exactly what I did.
His services went beyond catering to the suggestion of the venue and DJ. Even the family's most critical members (we all have them) were praising the food and party. Sal's suggestions all tied in perfectly for the event. Four days later, we are still getting phone calls about it.
The party would not have been the success it was without Sal and the Brookville Deli's help. The Brookville Deli has something very special, an owner who cares.
