Students from Glen Cove High School and Beautification Commission members helped Chip-a-Tree sponsor Tom Duffy from Old Country Tree Service chip over 100 trees at Chip-a-Tree 2001.

Don't treat your Christmas tree like trash, bring it to the Glen Cove Beautification Commission Annual Chip-a-Tree Recycling Program. Y our tree will be chipped at the site into usable garden mulch. All participants will receive a coupon redeemable for a free sapling tree.

Glen Cove Beautification Chip-a-Tree Recycling Program, Saturday, Jan. 5, 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. at Pratt Blvd. parking lot (next to the former Eisenstadts).
