What has happened to our Farmers Bazaar since Stop and Shop took over? Its decline in one month is horrifying. There's only one inferior non-alcoholic beer, none of the wonderful specialty breads they used to carry, (now birthday cakes, cakes and cookies only), in the bakery department and the eggplant and strawberries I bought turned rotten in one day.

I have heard no one that hasn't voiced complete disgust at the way Stop and Shop has downgraded the store.

Let us hope and pray that a good supermarket takes over space in the neighboring center so that we don't have to leave Glen Cove to do our shopping.
