It has now been four years since the greatest person on earth passed away. You are the best of the best. You will always be my best friend forever. Love, your son, Angelo.

Teresa S. Komarek, 88, of Panama, NY, formerly of St. Petersburg, FL, and LI, died recently in her residence. A Panama resident for the past four years, she was born June 22, 1913 in Glen Cove, a daughter of William and Theresa Lambertson Sager. Before her retirement she was employed as a clerk for the Manhasset-Lakeville Water District in Manhasset where she worked for many years. While living in LI she was a communicant at St. Mary's RC Church. Surviving is a son, Peter F. Komarek with whom she made her home in Panama; a daughter, Marie K. Miller of Pittsburgh, PA; five grandchildren, Carrie Miller of Sarver, PA, Laura and David Miller both of Pittsburgh, Jonathon and Matthew Komarek both of Panama; and a sister, Elizabeth Pollitt of Patchogue. She was preceded in death by her husband John, whom she married Feb. 23, 1946 and who died April 28, 1966, and three brothers, Frank, William and Frederick Sager. A Memorial Mass will be celebrated at 10 a.m. Sept. 15 in St. Patrick's RC Church, 235 Glen St., Glen Cove. Arrangements were made by the Lind Funeral Home, Jamestown, NY. No visitation.

Max Graziosi, of Glen Cove, died on Aug. 27, 2001. Son of Antonio and the late Clelia. Brother of Joe and Sisina (Tammy), Michele and Carmela, Luigi and Anna, Mario and Gail, Piero and Tine, Pasquale and Rosetta, Titian and Antonio and Tracisio and Gaetana. Dear uncle of all his nieces and nephews. Also survived by his girlfriend Irina. Arrangements were made by the Whitting Funeral Home, Glen Head. Funeral Mass at the Church of St. Rocco. Interment Holy Rood Cemetery.

Ralph Erbis, 70, of Oyster Bay, died on Aug. 31, 2001. Husband of the late Gloria. Father of Cliff, Brian and Allen. Also survived by nieces and nephews. Arrangements were made by the Dodge-Thomas Funeral Home, Glen Cove. Burial private.

Franklin J. Hansen, 80, of Sea Cliff, died on Aug. 31, 2001. Husband of Jane (nee Southwick). Father of Jayne, Toni Tasker (Pete), Franklin J. Jr. (Debra), Jeffrey (Janet), Ellen Ellis (Ken) and Jonathan (Shara). Grandfather of David, Rebecca, Franklin III, Kenneth, Ashley, Janelle, Jenny, Joseph, Jordan, Troy, Adrienne. Great-grandfather of Kera and Kate.

He was a retiree of South-Western Publishing Company, Cincinnati, and poet laureate of the South-Western Retirement Association. He was a teacher, lay leader and choir member of the Carpenter Memorial U.M. Church of Glen Cove, past master of Masonic Lodge 580 and past presidingofficer of other Masonic bodies in the Nassau District. He was past High Priest of the Royal Arch Masons and representative to NH Master of the Knights Templar, Illustrious High Priest of the Council and Mason of the Year 2000.

Frank was a US Marine Corps lieutenant from 1943-1946; forward observer on Iwo Jima and served on occupation duty in Japan in WWII. He was a graduate of NYS College for Teachers, Class of '43 now the SUNY Albany); captain of his basketball team, president of his high school class at Troy High School, Troy, NY, Class of '39. He was a resident of his beloved Sea Cliff for 40 years. He was active in the North Shore PTA and Little League.

Arrangements were made by the Whitting Funeral Home, Glen Head. A memorial service will be held at 1 p.m. on Sept. 9 at the Carpenter Memorial U.M. Church, Highland and School St., Glen Cove. Burial at Lovell Lake, Sanbornville, NH, to be held at a later date. In lieu of flowers, donations in Frank's memory may be made to the Carpenter Memorial U.M. Church Memorial Fund.

Martin Condenzio, 65, of Glen Cove, died on Sept. 1, 2001. HE was a roofer in the construction industry. Father of Linda, Michael and Martin. Brother of Mary Cesare, Catherine Zullo, Genevieve Condenzio, Phyllis Robinson, Leonard, Dominick and Salvatore. Arrangements were made by the Dodge-Thomas Funeral Home, Glen Cove. Service and burial private.

Robert R. Jensen, of Sea Cliff, died on Sept. 2, 2001. Husband of Christine. Father of Sherryl (Thomas) Sharpe, Steven Jensen and Patricia (Todd) Hopkins. Grandfather of Thomas Jr., Bartholomew, Andrea, Tanita, Alexander, Shannan and Megan. Brother of Kathleen Rolloff and Lois Sackett. Arrangements were made by the Whitting Funeral Home, Glen Head.
