Glen Cove Mayor and Industrial Development Agency chairman Thomas Suozzi recently announced that the IDA is seeking developers to invest in 50 acres of prime commercial waterfront property on the North Shore of Nassau County. Site visits have been scheduled for Nov. 30 at 10 a.m. and Dec. 7 at 11 a.m. Site visits can also be made by appointment. The tours begin with a short orientation at Glen Cove City Hall, (9 Glen St.). A Request for Proposals, (RFP), package outlines four investment opportunities.
