At the fifth annual Nassau County Coaches' Invitational hosted by Long Beach High School on Feb. 12, the North Shore High School Gymnastic team won six medals.

Jennifer Zaleskie took first place on the vault with a score of 7.8; Danielle Lombardi came in fourth on vault scoring a 7.6. Jennifer won seventh place on the uneven bars; Danielle Lombardi placed eighth. Jessica French took ninth place in the floor excercise. Jennifer Zaleski placed second in the all-around.

The North Shore High Shcool gymnastic team competed with 150 gymnasts from 20 schools in Nassau County in all four Olympic events.
