  • NEWS: Glen Cove Youth Set Sail on the Phoenix

    Funded by a grant received by the Glen Cove Youth Board through the Oyster Bay Consortium, a group of 20 Glen Cove teens are spending six weeks this summer in a unique educational job training program hosted by C.E.L.P., the Coastal Ecology Learning Program. C.E.L.P.'s home is the Phoenix, a 71 foot coastal schooner which is the only working environmental Tall Ship on Long Island waters. FULL STORY

    Dick Guido of Glen Cove competed in the Empire State Games Masters Swimming Championships on Sunday, July 25, at the Nassau Aquatic Center.
