    Friends Academy is very proud to announce that three seniors, out of nearly 1,500 applicants nationwide, have been named semifinalists in the Science Talent Search sponsored by the Intel Corporation (former Westinghouse competition). To have three Semifinalists in a competition of this caliber is an incredible achievement for a school of Friends Academy's size. FULL STORY

  • NEWS: Big Red Within Reach of Playoff Spot

    After a short break in its five-game winning streak, (the result of a shootout loss to South Side), the Big Red bounced right back with a 78-58 win over Hewlett to bring their conference record to 6-2, with four games remaining. Jumping off to a 46-24 lead, Michael Puckett's 8 points and Joe Carrotta's 9 points, the first half ended with a 22 point Glen Cove lead. FULL STORY
