A second public hearing on the proposed Glengariff Senior Manor was held before the Glen Cove Planning Board on Dec. 2 in City Hall. This hearing was a continuation of one held on Nov. 18 which was for the public to comment on the Glengariff Corporation's application for site plan and special use permit approval and on the Draft Environmental Impact Statement submitted by the corporation.
