The Garden City Recreation Department is proud to announce it will once again offer a Floor Hockey Program this winter at Field House @ St. Pauls.
The Garden City Pool is pleased to announce the dates for pool employment interviews for the 2010 season. These interviews are open to people who are currently high school seniors and older. All potential pool staff whether new or previously employed by the pool, must make an appointment for an interview.

With her older sister attending Marist College on a scholarship, would little sister Jacqueline be able to continue the Raynor legacy? Absolutely! Little sister is no longer so little. At 5’ 9” Jacqueline Raynor delivers devastating forehands and crushing backhands.

The Garden City Recreation Department is now registering for the 2nd session of our Children’s Tennis Program at the Community Park Tennis Facility. Registration begins immediately for residents of the Village of Garden City. This session of tennis will begin the week of Jan. 4 and run through April.
On Sept. 24, three Garden City High School social studies teachers boldly went where others have gone before, but they did it on their bicycles. Mark Quigley, Rob Wiedenhoft and Kevin O’Hagan joined Dr. Kenneth Jackson on his annual “All-Night Bike Tour” of New York City from midnight to 5 a.m.
