After a year of accusations, court proceedings and bruised reputations, Collin Finnerty of Garden City and his former Duke University lacrosse teammates Reade Seligmann of Essex Fells, NJ, and David Evans, of Bethesda, MD, can finally move on with their lives. Garden City-based rock band Post Roman was recently announced as one of the winners of the 2007 MTVU/Fusion Campus Invasion Contest on MTVU.com. The band, along with three other unsigned acts, will be flown out to play the MTVU Campus Invasion Festival at The Backyard in Austin, Texas, April 22. The Neonatal Intensive Care Unit of Mercy Medical Center welcomed Jump Start Foundation Board Members Matthew Colantonio, Meaghan Murphy, and Brian Wysocki, as Jump Start Foundation delivered a $10,000 check to be used for life-saving equipment in the Level III NICU.
