The recreation department is accepting registrations for the second session of youth tennis lessons, which begin at Community Park Tennis Center in January. The department offers lessons for the beginner through the advanced student ages 4 to 18. For a schedule of classes or to register for this program, visit the recreation office in village hall. The recreation department's adult programs in the field house began last week according to the following schedule:

Monday	7:30 to 10 p.m.	Men's Open Basketball
		Men's Over-40 Basketball
Tuesday	7:30 to 10 p.m.	Men's Over-30 Basketball
Wednesday	7:30 to 10 p.m.	Men's Open Basketball
		Men's Over-40 Basketball
Thursday	7:30 to 10 p.m.	Adult Coed Volleyball

The programs listed above are free and run as "pick up" games. Participants must be residents of Garden City and be able to show resident ID. For information, call the recreation office at 465-4075.
