The Garden City Centennial Soccer Club, one of 98 member clubs of the Long Island Junior Soccer League, is gearing up for the upcoming fall season. Children of all skill levels are encouraged to enroll. Long Island Junior Soccer League, which arranges all the travel team (players U9 to U19) schedules, makes every effort to balance divisions fairly. Emphasis is on skill development and good sportsmanship.

Long Island Junior Soccer League is a non-profit organization with over 1,500 travel teams on Long Island and in Queens. Approximately 100,000 players are registered to play organized soccer in Nassau, Suffolk and Queens. Volunteers determined to make a difference by "Building Character through Soccer" run LIJSL.
The Garden City Centennial Soccer Club is now accepting applications for the fall girls' soccer program. Girls in grades K-9 are invited to join the intramural program. Applications can be found by visiting the Centennial website at www.gccentennialsoccer.org. Applications will be accepted until July 31.
