Jump Start Foundation will be hosting its second annual individual and relay triathlon at Hofstra University this Sunday morning, June 26, for ages 9 to 99, to raise awareness for and to benefit the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit of Mercy Medical Center.

In the relay division, there will be a special family relay division and two- or three-person teams will consist of family members. The triathlon includes a 225-yard indoor pool swim, followed by an eight-mile bicycle ride, followed by a three-mile run/walk. Please come out and support the NICU while enjoying an activity-filled morning with your family and friends. All abilities welcomed. Spectators are invited. Picnic tables are available.
